Richmond Kitchen did a good job when designing and ordering and installing Leicht kitchen in our flat. They were very helpful with speedy turn around on quotes, and installation was done and rectified till we were happy with the end result.
Matt, Vahid, Rimas all did a fantastic job.
Won't hesitate to contact Richmond Kitchens, if we plan to get our kitchen done again!
We absolutely love our new Leicht kitchen!
We knew choosing a bespoke kitchen would cost a little more, but we have zero regrets. The quality is outstanding, the space works so much better, and we genuinely think it’s been worth every penny.
Vahid and Matt were fantastic to work with. They really listened to what we wanted, came up with a great design, and were patient, responsive and professional throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Remus and his team did an excellent job with the installation. Their workmanship was first class, they were always respectful of our home, and it was clear they take real pride in their work. We were so impressed that we asked them to do some additional work for us too.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richmond Kitchens to friends and family, in fact, we already have! Thank you to the whole team.
Wonderful high spec kitchen and exceptional quality. Matt and Vahid took our thoughts on board and helped us along with great ideas in the planning process. Rimas did a fantastic job in fitting the kitchen. Everything worked to plan. Really happy with our new kitchen.
Richmond Kitchens installed our kitchen and it’s still going strong, the installers were thorough and very polite making sure that all components were there and correctly fitted. I have to say that the after sales service is very good too, we damaged a drawer front and they sourced the replacement very quickly - the Leicht kitchen units/Bora hob/Neff equipment they supplied are very good quality and Richmond Kitchens beat the John Lewis quote by a country mile. Their communication was also excellent.
I recommend them!
Richmond Kitchens have designed and delivered my long awaited dream kitchen. Matt the designer was excellent, very patient and thorough with design options. Matt went over and above in support in designing the worktops pre installation with regards to how the vein patterns of the quartz worktop ran. We started on schedule and even though we had a couple of hiccups as one does on building projects Vahid and team delivered and finished on schedule. The builders, Rimas and Julian are punctual, have a great eye for detail and are flexible and open to suggestions and ideas on the job. Vahid and team are very professional and Vahid was always available to speak during the project, promptly responded to emails and phone calls. I am delighted with my kitchen. Priya.
I wanted to say a big thank you for your role in creating and delivering our new kitchen. We love our kitchen, and the time, thought, and revisions to get it just right all paid off. Vahid's advice, insight, and recommendations were what made the difference in selecting a supplier to work with. Rimas and the team were also a pleasure to work with on time, tidy, professional, and very customer-focused. I particularly appreciated that whenever there was a choice to be made, Rimas always asked for my opinion. I haven't experienced this on previous projects, and it made a big difference.
Really happy with my experience with Richmond Kitchens. The whole team was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish.
Matt and Vahid were fantastic throughout, always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress free.
Rimas and Julian also did a great job installing our kitchen, nothing was ever too much to ask, and their attention to detail was brilliant.
The final kitchen looks amazing and the quality is excellent. I’d definitely recommend Richmond Kitchens to anyone looking for great service and a high quality finish.
